Founded in 1992, Zhejiang Lianlong Electron & Electric Appliances manufactures and exports switch adaptors, AC/AC and AC/DC adapters, transformers, DC/DC car accessories, and step-up/down transformers. We have an annual export turnover worth $15 million.
16 Years of Manufacturing Experience
With 25 engineers and 16 years of manufacturing experience, we can develop your projects in two weeks or less. Our R&D staff attends international trade shows every year including electronics shows in Hong Kong and the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. We survey customers to help us generate new designs and improve our expertise. With a 20,000-square-meter factory, staffed by 800 employees and eight production lines, we can handle your bulk orders.
An ISO 9001:2000-certified Factory
All items are made of ABS plastic and other materials from Japan and South Korea, which undergo burn-in, hi-pot, and ATE tests. These inspections, along with an ISO 9001:2000-certified QC process and pre-shipment inspection of every item, help us achieve a 99 percent qualification rate for delivered items.
Supplying TÜV, UL, GS, and CE-certified Products
We've worked with clients from North America, Europe, East Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, and we understand their quality and safety requirements. Furthermore, our items carry TÜV, UL, GS, and CE marks for easy entry into the worldwide market. We have also obtained a patent for our CD cassette adapters.

Our total capital investment is $1 million. Among our various production processes, we carry out burn-in, hi-pot, and ATE tests for our products. 60% of our production equipment is from local sources, the rest 30% semi-automatic and 10% manually operated. We also have 8 production lines at present.

We have a highly specialized QC team with over 12 years of experience.
Quality Control Procedures
Materials are first checked according to customers' or relative requirements. Then, we manufacture according to the respective specifications. All outgoing products must be inspected by QC before they are shipped. If the product is not up to the standards, it will be reproduced in our workshop. Thus, our yield can be up to 99% qualified.
